Wallet-linked evidence, with minimal offchain data.

Data CX processes

CX processes public wallet addresses, public onchain transactions, wallet-authentication challenges, hashed session tokens, receipt-linked evidence, profile fields and community content you choose to publish. Abuse controls store hashed request identifiers and counters rather than raw IP addresses.

AI review data

For an AI review, CX sends the normalized public evidence shown in the review interface to the configured AI provider. CX does not intentionally send your private key, seed phrase or wallet balance credentials. The resulting structured analysis and evidence hash may be persisted for verification.

Why data is used

Data is used to authenticate wallet control, provide product features, verify receipts, prevent abuse, maintain availability and publish the community activity you request. Public blockchain data remains public independently of CX.

Retention

Expired authentication challenges, expired or revoked sessions and expired rate-limit buckets are removed through service cleanup. A pending transaction reservation expires after 15 minutes and can no longer be reconciled by its former session; its public transaction record may remain and can be reclaimed by a valid resubmission. Confirmed evidence and user-published community records may be retained to preserve their verification history.

Your choices

You can disconnect CX to revoke the current session. Do not publish profile or community content you want to keep private. Blockchain records cannot be deleted by CX. For requests concerning offchain CX records, contact @cx_tradex.

Security boundary

CX will never ask for a seed phrase or private key. Wallet signatures should be reviewed in the wallet. No internet service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted availability.
